Helps me with back and neck pain.Couldn’t get better than this

I am not an expert in this case regarding devices of this type so I was a bit taken aback when it turns up in context of it being very hard moulded plastic. I wasn’t sure if I was disappointed but I endeavoured with it and it turned out that the rigid structure is exactly what I needed to help with my upper shoulders and neck. I would not recommend using it for more than 15 minutes but it is very helpful used once in the morning and once in the evening

Not worth the money doesn't stay together for long it took me a while to build not worth the money.

I'm small I'm probably have a small back this product dug into my shoulder blades I'll need the side so if you have a small back probably won't fit you either. it's quite painful.

I am a 40 year old who’s had upper back issues for 18 monthsI have had physio, different massages, acupuncture hung upside down and the right way up. But nothing has worked very well. This is working better than anything yet. I have had it a few months and use it every day. I feel it’s good even to just improve posture. An excellent affordable solution

I used for neck but found more useful as a back rest like in 1 of the pics, it puts your spine into a stable position and feel more comfy when sitting or in my case slight recline.Used twice to good effect so far will certainly use going forward

It looks like it would help etc, but it didn’t. Got a headache and a pain in the neck instead. I won’t use it again and cannot return it as past return date. Also wouldn’t give it away as possibly not safe for an older person with any joint problem or arthritis in the neck. Beware and be very careful with this product that it doesn’t cause more problems.

Wow! It really works wonders, and I have only used it three times so far.I experience neck pain (stiffness) and between the shoulder blades and have had two courses of chiropractic treatment over the last few years, but that's no longer helping.This works both areas. All I get afterwards is a slight soreness in my spine, exactly what I experienced after each chiropractic session (I was told this is because your muscles etc are adjusting).Quick delivery and easy to assemble.
