The bento box should fit inside very well. I have not put both inside together. **Q: does the lunchbag fit an apple and/or banana at the same as the bentgo kit is inside it?** A: A banana would fit fine. We fit a contigo water bottle with milk inside with the bento box. I’m not sure an apple would fit inside unless it’s smaller.
