The handle broke. Can I get it repaired? Or exchanged?

The seller in his description says Reverse folding umbrella with C-shaped handle. However what was delivered was the common automatic folding umbrella. Again the video provided with the product description shows the reverse folding umbrella but the pictures show the ordinary common automatic folding umbrella. This DOES NOT suit my purpose - i need to use it for getting in and out of my car. I am very irritated as I have to go through the trouble of returning it.

Material is not very good compare to price. This is my second purchase but quality is down now.

This umbrella is supercool. Mainly people who owns car knows the issue. Once you get in and fold your umbrella, water from umbrella will fall and you and your car is fully wet. This one really saves you from getting wet.

Simply good and good quality

Very low quality umbrella. Within 2 month of use its broken.
