Review: Good camera but read the instructions! - This camera is good value for the money considering the cost of disposable cameras. We bought this for my 8 year old to take to summer camp rather than risk loss of a digital camera. Camera worked and took great pictures. However, I thought it would be intuitive enough to use so didn’t read the instructions. So I fumbled with the film and exposed some filelm. Remaining pictures turned out great. Do use the flash on all pictures as recommended. Follow the instructions for proper loading of the film and the wind back of the film. I was expecting that the film would wind back after all the pictures were taken like my manual camera of the past. But this camera, you have to use a tiny crank at the bottom to manually wind the entire film back into the canister. It takes a while to wind back and is a little tedious. Same with loading - there are specific instructions on how far out to pull the film on the ridges. All is explained in the instructions which are NOT in the package but can be downloaded. So read them first and don’t wing it like I did. I lost about 12 shots.
