These NURSAL TENS Unit Electrode Pads (20 Pack, 3.5mm Snap EMS Replacement Pads) turned out to be a great purchase. I originally bought them as a Christmas gift for a friend, and he’s been very happy with them. He mentioned early on that the pads are reusable to a point, which matched my experience as well. He let me borrow a few, and I’m still using them now. As long as they’re stored properly, they continue to stick well and perform as expected. One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable they are on the skin. They peel off easily without pulling or irritating the skin, which makes a big difference if you’re using them regularly. Adhesion is strong enough to stay in place during use, but not so aggressive that removal is uncomfortable. Overall, these are high-quality replacement pads that offer good longevity, comfort, and value. Between my friend’s experience and my own continued use, I’d easily give these five stars and would recommend them to anyone using a TENS or EMS unit.

Nice variety, I like the rectangular ones, they cover a little more area than the oval ones which I was using previously. They’re very sticky and are compatible with my IQ massager.

These worked great and were easy to use. They were made with good quality and have a good thick layer of self adhesive gel. The different sizes are nice when you have different sized areas of pain. Pretty standard pads overall and worked perfectly.

Works fairly well but not as sticky a it could/should be.

Had hip issues and needed some pain relief. Someone mentioned the Tens device and wanted to give it a try. The product did work as designed, however, it did not come with additional pads in the event I needed more. This set worked well with my unit and gave me the reassurance that I had backup in the event the original pads failed to stick. Good value for the money, thick, sticks well, no skin irritation and well organized with different sizes to accommodate multiple areas of pain.

The stickiness doesn’t last long at all. I was really disappointed and surprised that they weren’t that long lasting. Updated review I was contacted by the company and they are sending me a replacement. I’m happy to know that there’re still companies that backup their products.

Excellent pads that very affordable replace original pads to our TENS unit. If anything, they actually work even more effectively and have even better adhesive qualities. They have lasted for over 4 months without losing any adhesion.

The pads are a good size and the price is great but they don’t stick very well even with clean dry skin and if you don’t move. Ultimately for me they are unusable

I wanted to get pads for my Compex Sport Elite but this is not compatible. The connector is too small. I just wasted the purchase, and my time. It would be good to specify better the compatible products instead to write "The NURSAL electrode pads are compatible with all TENS/EMS devices". it's NOT true.
