First one I received I used it once and it cleans really good and battery good, however there is a piece to latch the trash canister and when I removed the canister, the trash fell to the floor so I exchanged it. Before trying out this one I checked the canister latch and there is a piece broken to close the canister.Update: I did not return the second vacuum but instead contacted their customer service. They were great and replaced the vacuum. This time no broken parts. Vacuum runs great and picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair. Long battery life. Goes between the chairs and maneuvers around everything which I really like. I recommend this vacuum and if you run into trouble you should contact their customer service which they will definitely help you.

Guys! Look no further! I was very hesitant to get this little AI vacuum. Let me start with saying, my house is under 600 ft.² this is the perfect little guy to do the job! And, We have nine small dogs to vacuum up after! This thing is awesome. The only trick is, when you put it on the charger you have to kind of play with it a little bit to make sure that it gets in contact with the little charger base. I think I have figured it out, you have to kind of push down on it a little bit when you get it in the right position. This thing is a game changer!

The media could not be loaded. Chose this as a first time robovac just to see how it would work in my old house. This thing works great on all of my hard floors! It sucks up things I missed and usually would pick up before vacuuming but forgot or whatever the case is. The carpet suction could be a little better but it does get up the pet hair and such like that. Have ran it several times at night while doing my cleaning routine after dinner ( usually 45 mins or so? )and the battery has lasted each time it's never gone dead on me. I am really not sure how I've lived so long without one of these! Love it!

So here’s an honest review I thought that when I got this vacuum/mop that it was gonna be end of me sweeping and mopping , but that was wrong so I purchased it a few days ago got it yesterday and I tried it out for the first time today wasn’t impressed. Not impressed. First thing I noticed is it doesn’t exactly get rid of the items unless you clean it out. You have to clean it out a lot because if you don’t it will all spill out at once. Second thing it doesn’t really know exactly where it’s going, so it just goes anywhere and everywhere and sometimes it’ll will not spot the dirt nearby so it’ll just keep pushing dirt in corners instead of actually cleaning it . I think it’s good I guess if you sweep and use this because it’ll probably just maintain it which is also good I think this is a product that you use when you want to maintain the area but not something where you need to do any hard cleaning you need to clean the floor first and make it pretty spotless and then you can use this item from time to time. I don’t think I’ll return it but I would say if you’re looking for something like I was looking for some real top quality. You’re probably gonna have to spend more money. This is kind of the cheap version of this item.

My wife asked for this helper for her 49th Birthday. I had to wait weeks for our son to run this little dude through the house and thoroughly in each and every room.This little robot vac is a great helper. We had lots of dust under the beds and this little dude Got-R-Done. Wife and son loves it. I can see the difference.Must close the door when it is scanning a room or it will flow out.Overall, it is an great buy and investment. We love it.I don't know how it compares to the most expensive robot vacs, but we don't care. This one is a keeper. I will update my post in 3 months or sooner. We put this little dude to work 2 to 3 times a week in our 3,100 sq feet home. It's needed for large spaces and multiple rooms.Satisfied.

I was excited about this unit after reading all the positive reviews. This unit isn't what I thought it to be. After initial set up it goes in circles and not where I direct it to go with the remote. It leaves home base in the middle of the night and sits in one spot on the floor, going around in a circle until the battery dies. I almost stepped on it at 2 am when taking the dog out. My home is very clean and I wanted something to help me along on those mornings I don't want to take the vacuum out. I followed all instructions and it seems I may have one with a defect. Will look for another brand.Packed and ready to ship back today. Thank you Amazon Customer Service.UPDATE: 11/22/21 - Received an email from the Deenkee Company requesting I change my review and they will give me $30! Not a good way to do business!

I wasn't expecting much. Really I just wanted something to get under the couch and gather up the dust and pet hair. But this thing has become like a pet; therefore, I named him. He's a puppy charmer (causes puppy to go lay down by the backdoor), a kitten toy, and does a decent job of cleaning.Sometimes Dexter gets stuck, but that's to be expected. Dexter can be confused when told to go back to the charging port, but it doesn't take long to point him in the right direction. Dexter does like cords and other things of that nature, so pick them up. Don't want Dexter to go somewhere, block it off.As long as Dexter lives (and works) a long, happy life, I'll be a happy customer. So clean his charging ports, his filters, and untangle the hair he picks up.

Bought it for my mom on her birthday and see how she is happy with this. Can't compare with my mom if she does this job of cleaning, but as far as we go it does a great job. I try to trick it by let it clear the second floor and amazingly it never fell down. Smart, haha. This is the first time my family is using a cleaner robot and we are more than pleasant with this. It's nice, functionality is quite simple to use with the remote. Wish it does have smart home connectivity feature. Anyway, my mom love it.
