What kind of plastic is this made of?

This is like a hard plastic. They are good for diving in the pool. They do eventually fade from sun and chlorine exposure. Very fun though.

What do the bright color gems look like? I only see pictures of the dull colors from the buyers.

Very bright if the kids have goggles on underwater they'll be able to see them very clearly

I purchased the dull set last august and they don’t look dull for me . They have a shine but no brightness or sparkle, The grandkids loves them 😊!
