The Tiny Traveler: Japan: A Book of Nature

I find that there are so few books written in English text that are about Japan AND made for toddlers. There are so many for about first grade and up, but this was perfect. I think the pictures are lovely and the content is meaningful, but I wish there was a clear organization or connectivity within the pages. The last page was really pretty, but also didn't tie it up as much as I would have liked. Overall, it served my purpose and the kids liked it.

This book is okay. The pictures are decent, and the descriptive is writing is fine, but then, the book just ends! I don't know why it's so difficult to have a concluding page. Something easy like,"Have fun traveling in Japan, Tiny Traveler!"

This is a cute little board book! The words and pictures are simple but interesting enough for my daughter. It's a short read so we like to go through it twice. I love the idea of introducing foreign countries to my daughter through books like this!

It's cute but lacking the authenticity I expected. It's just like a picture dictionary of things more commonly found in Japan vs. the US.

I bought this book to prepare our trip to Japan for my 4 year old. Unfortunately, this book is more suitable for younger age kids. If you have a toddler, maybe this is your choice. I wish there is a preview online for customers to get a base idea.

Our toddler loves this book mainly for the colors and the pictures. It's a great introduction to Japan and some of it's sights. Our toddler loves to say "Mt. Fuji" now!

very adorable book that is easy for kids under 1 to understand. uses facts about the country in a gentle simple way that little kids can understand. super cute book series!
