Just received it, appears to be well made, is of nice heavy stainless material. Does a decent job of forming burgers, think I am going to like it.

this meat press is easy to clean as long as you use wax paper to cover the entire ball of meat. My dad even used a zip lock freezer bag and that kept it from getting any meat on the metal press. He found it easy to use and super easy to clean, just use the wax paper of a zip lock bag. Then he leave it in the zip lock bag wraps it in a brown paper bag(keeps from freezer burn & ice buildup) writes the current date he put it into the freezer. Now he has ready to use 1/3 pound Buffalo burgers to fix and grill.

Enormously well-made, joyfully simple to use. Produces the perfect-sized and shaped patties every time! Easy to clean as well.

Weighing out the meat first is good, then form them. The downside to this is that it doesn't put a dimple in the middle so the burgers shrink a lot more, but for pre-forming and freezing patties this is pretty good. The concave bit can be added quickly after.If you put a a ziplock over it you can form the patties with no mess and the bag naturally wants to eject the patties.

Very easy to use. Extremely well made using stainless steel. Easy to clean. I found that after making several burgers they sometimes stick to the press. I wipe the inside with a paper towel and spray a very small mist of cooking spray into the forming chamber. No more sticking. Excellent device

As advertised but the size is fixed and cannot be changed.

Works really well to achieve consistent patties. I weigh the mince and make 750g patties. Using a baking paper square to buffer the meat from the device results in no sticking and easy to get out
