The tube and charging cable are very important don't lose those
First the product didn't work as I expected it to work,the charging light was never cont red as it was given in the manual because of that I think o charged extra for one hour and at first the water also didn't come and after a twist it came and it works perfectly well for now,great looking by the way.

It works as long as it works.
We bought 2 pieces one by one as the first piece was good. But the second one stopped working within months. First one's port is coroded with iron oxide which is the flaw in most of these types of dispensers, but somehow I am making the charging work by cleaning the port again and again. I would rate it 5 stars of the port doesn't corrode. Works very well

Very Good Product
I am using this product from 1 year without any issues. It even supports using while charging. I use a old powerbank to charge this and thats so useful.

Usefull thing
The media could not be loaded. Though I didn't compared with other same type of product available in this platform of different prices. But I think amazon not taken delivery charges for this, still it pricey. Main thing it is not available in local market. I don't know how many days battery will last!
