I like to grind my own beef and roll it into balls for smashburgers. Previously I just took wax paper and tore it into a few pieces to reuse for all the burgers I was doing. These are the perfect size and make it so I don't have to pull the paper off until the bottom side is cooked to where it needs to be. It's nice having easy to grab squares to make your burgers with.

I purchased these for their use in making smash burgers for our Fourth of July celebration. I use one to put on my scale to measure out four ounces without getting my scale contaminated. I also use them on top of the hamburger “balls” when I smash them. The box makes it very easy to pull out a single sheet to place on the hamburger ball when I smash it. My grandson, who is very picky, told me that it was the best cheeseburger ever.
