These make a great snack and even a way of eating a light lunch with hunger pangs nearly satiated with fewer calories per/ =than you'd expect. These 1 oz sticks are much better than the disgusting 2 oz sticks due to texture and flavor difference for what ever reason. These also make for a better healthier portion.
