Is this case good for the Logitech F510 and F310 gamepad controller as well?

Yes, I believe they will fit just right.

Is this case waterproof to like... 2.5 miles deep?

It is not water proof. Zipper design.

Is this suitable for a cylinder? More specifically a submarine?

No, I do not recommend using this to control any type of vehicle as it can unpair or stop responding.

Will logitech f310 controller fit?

I have the wireless version and it fits perfectly. I believe the wired one will fit just as well. There is even a depression for the cord.
