Someone gave me 2 of these pans a long time ago and I wanted to add to the collection but it took me a while to find the same pan. I've ordered this set but already ordered another set which I received yesterday. They are mot too heavy but they are sturdy and your cake bakes beautifully in them. It is also easy to remove the cake and clean the pan afterwards.

I hear this is better/healthier! however for me I feel as there is more excess crumb than in a dark coated pan. So crumb coating is not as easy. Other than that I love how clean and spotless they stay!!

Arrived quick and in good condition. Appears to be made of good gage aluminum. Used all 3 pans already and like them. Cooks evenly and food comes out easily. We do use cooking spray. Easy to clean. Like how they do not have over hanging edges to they fit in a smaller air fryer we have. I would recommend.

Not quite the Nordic Ware I love, but the light color prevents over-darkening. The surface takes a little more grease than I normally apply, but no complaints.
