80s fitness fad at its finest
I can remember my mum having one of these. They are a simple tool but very effective. I only used for one day and could really feel the workout my muscles had gotten. There's some obvious exercises but there's quite a few more I didn't know about that you can do. It's a helpful little bit of equipment for your home workout routine.
