Use them for heavy pressing days and they do exactly what I want, that bit of extra wrist stability without going full powerlifting wraps. Velcro's strong and the pad lines up nicely with the wrist crease. Pair for the price is good value. I tried wearing one all day for a touch of carpal tunnel discomfort and they're a bit too rigid for that. Fine for short bursts, less comfortable for hours. For training purposes though, no complaints.

Items were fine when new but have gradually got loose. The velcro won't stay fastened properly due to the fabric pulling the fibres of the fabric. There ok for the money but won't last...

I use these for protection when I play badminton, they work really well and the design is suitable for a large number of hand sizes, I have really small hands so it’s hard to find items which work for me, but these are really adjustable. They’re very comfortable to use and I don’t even know that they are on.

Cold weather means my arthritis in my wrists starts getting painful, I do diamond art as my hobby with being disabled it keeps me happy and I enjoy it, so these wrist supports are amazing, it limits my pain and it’s comfortable while I’m doing my diamond art. I will definitely be buying again, SUPERB and great quality and price 😊

Good value. I've had mine for 2 years now and wear them whenever I strain my hands - they work very well. The binding immobilises the hands and fingers, helps relieve the pain and allows them to heal much more quickly.

Ottime e fanno il loro lavoro. Ovviamente dovete saperle mettere e stringere in modo adeguato per la problematica che avete. Io le ho comprate per un sostegno dopo avere tolto il gesso per un polso rotto. Evitano di piegare il polso in modo brusco e inaspettato. Se ne si mettono due il polso è praticamente immobilizzato. CONSIGLIATE

Als ich die Handgelenk-Bandage zum ersten Mal ausprobierte, war ich beeindruckt von ihrer hochwertigen Verarbeitung und dem angenehmen Tragegefühl. Das elastische Material fühlte sich weich und bequem an, und das verstellbare Klettverschlusssystem ermöglichte es mir, die Bandage individuell anzupassen. Sobald ich die Bandage angelegt hatte, bemerkte ich sofort eine spürbare Stabilisierung meines Handgelenks. Sie umschloss mein Handgelenk fest, ohne unangenehmen Druck auszuüben, und gab mir ein Gefühl der Sicherheit während meiner Übungen. Besonders bei schweren Gewichten oder bei Übungen, die eine starke Belastung des Handgelenks erforderten, fühlte ich, dass die Bandage eine zusätzliche Unterstützung bot. Ich war erfreut festzustellen, dass die Bandage meine Bewegungsfreiheit nicht stark einschränkte. Ich konnte immer noch alle Übungen mit guter Technik ausführen und hatte genug Flexibilität, um die Hanteln oder die Stange sicher zu greifen. Die Bandage war unauffällig unter meinen Trainingshandschuhen und störte mich nicht während des Trainings. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt war die Tatsache, dass die Bandage gut an Ort und Stelle blieb und nicht verrutschte, selbst bei intensiven Bewegungen und Schweißbildung. Das strapazierfähige Material erwies sich als langlebig und behielt seine Elastizität auch nach mehreren Trainingseinheiten bei. Insgesamt war mein erster Eindruck von der Handgelenk-Bandage äußerst positiv. Sie bot die Unterstützung und Stabilität, die ich während meines Krafttrainings benötigte, und fühlte sich gleichzeitig bequem an. Ich war zuversichtlich, dass sie mir helfen würde, Verletzungen vorzubeugen und meine Leistung zu steigern. Meine ersten Erfahrungen mit der Handgelenk-Bandage haben mich überzeugt, dass ich die richtige Wahl getroffen habe, um mein Training zu verbessern.
