I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. The cover is really beautiful and there are a lot of great stories.

I'm in high school 17 years old and I have been really into reading things lately. I received this book as a gift from a senior gift exchange. I received a hard cover new book. I really enjoy the vintage cover and the older styling which goes with the overall theme of my bookshelf. The quality is nice and I think the book overall has very nice appeal for decoration, however, I wanted to actually read it. I found the stories and tales enjoyable. I have read reviews of a handful of people who don't feel they are authentic stories. I however enjoyed the stories and tales I read. A few got a little boring for my taste but over all I did want to keep reading them. I like learning new things so I will most likely do a deeper dive into the stories and see how they fit together with other tales and lore. My mom is of Irish descent on one side of her family and I asked her questions along the way. She felt like she had heard some of the stories but could not recall the origination of them and if her facts were accurate. I took them as the author's perception of a stories and tales opposed to 100% facts. I think going in with that mindset you will enjoy the book more. I plan on doing more research about some of the stories but I did really enjoy the book.

I am an Irish Colleen which means Irish girl. I went to Ireland at age 81 with my daughter, grandson, and nephew. I had a full suitcase so bought the book when I got back and have enjoyed reading it. It is a great and fun book. Check it out.
