Product mismatch from photos
Build quality is decent but the product itself is not the same as what’s shown in the pictures. Arm rest bars in the picture are metal whereas in reality they are made of wood. Also no oil and amenities pouch was present upon unboxing the product.

I would say its a 7.5 on 10 the product is good according to the price, when it arrived at my place it was packed really well soo 10 for packaging but The massage table which i ordered was Of LUXTON as shown in the pictures and mentioned but i received this other brands product and in this set side pocket/ oild pocket is missing as that is also shown in the discription and about stability? Its good overall its 10 on 10 on supfaces like tiles but rathern then that its 8 on 10 good for massage not really good for CHIROPRACTORS but overall good experience....now i have 10 days exchange policy soo leme test this for 9 more days ill give 1 more review Thank you👍

A+ from service to table!
Wonderful table and super happy with the purchase + service. First, I Iooked and tried many other portable massage tables. From low end to high end and this was by far was the best bang for the buck that gave more than expected. Service - I commented on all the company sections with specific question about their product and the Luxton team answered in a few hours with a detail message about why their product is better. This sold me based on their prompt CS response and helpful information. Trust is built on great communication in my opinion. Table - shipped in a protected box and paddled, the cover is thick, durable and carries the table with ease, and the table.. Super easy to set up/put down for storage, built with the right wood, bolts, washers, and reinforced in the areas that are going to see high pressure. The extras are a really nice addition and so is the detachable side storage pouch. My favorite part is the foam padding is 5mm and really comfortable. A bit too comfortable I find myself laying on it for work since it is really nice. (I attached pictures of the areas that matter to me when I was purchasing) This is the bottom base, feet, head rest, screws, and paddling. All are good quality and I am not afraid of it breaking on me. Only two gripes is that my headrest/armrest straps are put on off centered, so the arm rest leans to one side a bit more. However, this can be counted by a little moving around. And the “C” head rest is a little to narrow and does not use enough decline in the face portion that my eyes get a little pressured. Overall, 10/10 table that you should consider if you want to get a table that looks, feels, and will last years.

Solid massage table. Great quality!
This massage table is well constructed. Very comfortable. Solid stability and easy to put together. It is very easy to transport despite the large size and hefty weight. Great quality for the price. Should last a long time!

Pending..... Waiting to See with more usage
BROKEN headrest. Took out of plastic wrap, opened to insert, and the whole thing fell apart. I can’t get it pieces back together. However, contacted company and they are sending me out replacement now. POOR INSTRUCTIONS. It has minimal instructions on how to assemble arm sling or accessories. Figured out most but couldn’t with sling. Will need to YouTube for them. (3) CUSTOMER CONTACT. Had an insert saying they hope rate them and contact if there is anything wrong — but ZERO contact information to contact directly. (It took me a while to find how to contact t them.) COMFORT - Seems comfortable (no true usage at this point). Looking forward to using HEAVY - This is very heavy. It is “portable” but you wouldn’t want to lug it around to several clients in one day or you’d need a back / shoulder massage yourself. STABLE - Level, not rocking.
