First off, I absolutely love the Red Carpet Manicure brand! Their nail products are always excellent! So I knew this manicure nail art tool kit was the perfect addition to my at-home manicure and pedicure kit! These tools are the same used in professional nail salons. The Red Carpet Manicure Nail Art Kit includes: an application brush, clean up brush, striper brush, detail brush, and dotting & marbling tool. The application brush can be used to apply glitter, create a French manicure design, while the other end can be used as a cuticle pusher or scooper to pick up glitter or color powder. The clean up brush is used to clean around the nail after a manicure. The striper brush can be used to create long lines and striping effects. The detail brush is used to create precise nail designs for nail art. The dotting & marbling tool has multiple uses for nail design. You can use the medium side to create dots or build different shapes. The fine side can be used to create smaller shapes and designs. This tool can also be used to marble, by mixing colors together. I absolutely love the versatility and convenience of this nail art kit. It helps you to be able to do so much, to achieve your desired manicure and pedicure at-home. I highly recommend it!

I like the set to paint some miniatures. A few details need to go under the magnified light, and when I do that, the striper brush is great. I usually call this style of brush a liner, because it's good for painting very thin lines. Sometimes the brushes sold for art supplies lack some of the variety I need for miniatures, so I look to other art supplies that specialize in small, detailed work like nail art. This is overall a great set, and it's made well, which is not often the case for nail art brush sets as they are not intended to last for long. If a brush set works well for very tiny details for dollhouse furniture, it's going to work well for nail art too!Thanks for reading my review. I absolutely LOVE this kit! It’s an excellent value and great for beginners or advanced users.The kit comes with individually packaged brushes and tools. I mainly bought this for the tool with the ball on the end, for cleaning up the cuticle area while dipping my nails. It’s extremely well made and I can tell it will last for many manicures. I’ve never tried freestyle nail art but the kit also comes with very thin precision brushes as well. They are so fun! I am going to experiment with them soon. You can also use the larger brushes to apply loose glitter or to create design.I have found no negatives so far with this kit. The value and variety is hard to beat, and I think anyone who takes pride in doing their own nails will appreciate this kit!

With the C-19 shutting down salons my sis and her friends have had to start doing their own nails. It coverers all the basics for applying and cleaning up.The smaller brushes are for the more advanced nail techs or people that have great art skills. You might want to practice on something else first like paper. And youtube videos can help. The once you think you have it, then apply it to real nails. Otherwise you have to remove and reapply every time you want to make a small change or fix.Hope we can all return to pre C-19 life again soon.

I don’t love the clean up brush and that was one of the main reasons I got this set, the bristles are too soft. The rest of the tools are ok, fairly standard.
