Sweet sweat is amazing!!! I have issues with sweating I don’t sweat so weird , but with sweet sweat enhancer gel and sweet sweat band makes u pour sweat out I took it off after my workout felt like if my water broke or something water dripped all over the floor , I’m a big girl so I was shy of posting a pic of my belly but believe me it works if I could give it 10 ⭐️I would had my doubts when I first bought it until I tried it u gotta try it u won’t regret it , because of sweet sweat I am always looking forward for my next workout to see how much sweat ill be pouring out i will be purchasing again after I run out I’ve been having mine for 3 months already and I still have a lot it’s worth the price 😊

If your goal is to sweat more then this will definitely do the trick! It has kinda greasy texture but super easy to use and goes on smooth and has a great scent. I think it also comes unscented. I use it everyday on my thighs, abdominal and back area, as well as upper arms. I also wear a 2 piece sweat suit to help out. It's a good idea to wipe off as much as you can worth a towel after your workout and before your shower. It does now relieve pain but does seem to hydrate the skin a bit. I've been using this product for over a year and I'm happy with the results.

Wore during a body pump class and whoa it was great. It made the workout better. It did not have a lingering smell or a sticky feeling after. A little goes a long way. If you are looking to sweat it out this product works!

If you live a hot area just be prepared to wait to open your item it might have turned into liquid due to how hot it is outside. I’ve used this product in the past and yes it down work. So I’m going to let it sit to see if it will thicken up.

If you are looking for something to incorporate with your workout for that extra sweat..Look no further! I just receive this today and I applied it on then put on a long sleeved sauna shirt while doing 20 minutes on the treadmill and 80 kettlebell swings , and I was literally DRIPPING from sweat when I ended my workout . It’s hard for me to break a sweat but sweet sweat really turned it up a notch for me . BUY IT NOW ! Well worth every penny.

Love this stuff. Been using it for over 6 years. I use it with the band but can put the lotion in other places. Beware, you will sweat so much!!!! Hahaha truly. After about 30 mins of steady state or interval cardio it’s a lot and I love it. I notice my waist is holding way less water weight and my abs are more defined when I use the lotion and band consistently. Will be lifetime customer.

Smells nice. Not as effective as dripfit in my opinion.

It does help sweating, would highly recommend.
