BLACK+DECKER HHVJ315JD10 Cordless Lithium Hand Vacuum, Powder White, 10.8V

This is a powerful little hand-vac that does a great job picking up pet hair, dust-bunnies, as well as small debris and dirt. I like the extension wand for less bending and better access into tight spaces. Also the little flip-up brush is great for dusting baseboards, although it does tend to pop off periodically. Very happy with this purchase. Only comment is that we've had this since last year and my husband JUST discovered that the filter can be taken apart for thorough cleaning! (ha, apparently, we're not instruction manual readers)

The BLACK+DECKER brand has never disappointed our family in 30 years of product purchases. This handheld dustbuster is so good inside the house that we had to purchase another one five days later for the family cars outside the house as well. The dustbuster came right out of the box 'with no assembly required' and started vacuuming the kitchen, family room, home office, ceiling fan, spider webs and bedroom closets. Amazing stuff! As always, good job on delivering this BLACK+DECKER brand team!

The suction is adequate, but don't expect anything mind blowing. It's perfect for small, dry spills and brief spot cleaning.The battery life leaves a lot to be desired, but again... it's sufficient for multiple short deployments, which is all I wanted this for.This doesn't replace the small hose/brush attachment of your regular vacuum, but the quick deployment and portability are well-worth its expected shortcomings at this price range. This is NOT a vacuum you would thoroughly clean your entire car with, for example.If you're on the fence, I'd say go for it. If you want something amazing, you're going to have to spend more.

Really like this vacuum but was disappointed that there wasn't a way or device to hang it on the wall, we bought it because the answers to questions stated there was a wall attachment. I contacted Black & Decker; they tried hard to accommodate and sent me a wall hanging device but it didn't fit. Luckily we found a way to make it work, although not ideal. If you must hang it on a wall this is not the vacuum for you. Other than that the vacuum is working great.

I was able to use this unit right out of the box, so I guess the battery held a good charge after being packaged. It's not the most powerful suction, but it does the job of sucking up crumbs off the couch after my spouse finishes lunch. And it's so much quieter than my last handheld vac of another brand, which just stopped working after 2 years of minimal use. And I love that the brush and crevice tool are already attached to the vac so I don't have to store, and ultimately lose track of, them.

I specifically asked for this for a gift to make my life easier a year or so ago to make my life easier! That it did! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of suction power this has and the ease of cleaning. I like it so much that I ordered one for my daughter in law that was 9 months pregnant with two other small children at home that make a mess! She needed it to make her life easier too! Love this!

there are a few things not good about this hand vac. there is a spot on the handle that should give an idea when the battery is getting low. This spot does not work. Nothing shows up. there is no base for the vacuum to sit on. the battery does not last longer then a day. It should last that long.

I love this. I can never go wrong with the Black + Decker but I thought this was a replacent for my Black + Decker stick vacuum but I still use it for my usual stuff like cleaning my couches, even dust on my fan and works just as great. Can never go wrong with a Black + Decker. Just got to get the one that will work with my stick vacuum but still keeping this one. Thank you!
