Good Value and worked perfectly
so, I found a recipe for Socca Pizza Dough, so easy and simple, which uses this flour, but none of my local stores carried it, not even Trader's!! Amazon to the Rescue. This brand hit all the sweet spots: good price, good quality and quick delivery. I used a 17" cast iron pan in my oven, it came out nice; everybody liked it. And... it is Healthy, High Fiber and Lower in Carbs. What's not to Like?

NOT 100% CHICKPEA
NOT CHICKPEA FLOUR! Ingredients list contains chickpea flour and yellow pea flour. Our daughter cannot have peas and now we are stuck with this - no returns policy! It’s not listed anywhere on the listing.

Misleading. This is a flour BLEND
I was surprise to find that this is chickpea flour AND split pea flour. It’s not a huge deal, I just didn’t expect it. I also didn’t really read the description because I assumed the title was all I needed to know. It’s not. Honestly, the price should be lower at that point. But, chickpea flour is on low supply lately so I can’t say the price is super unfair. Used to be able to get a pound for $3, now it’s like good luck finding it in store.I don’t use chickpea flour for baking, so I’m sure the flavor isn’t an issue in that regard, but I use chickpea flour for vegan “eggs”. Because of the split pea in there too, the flavor is off. I’ll eat the rest of the bag obviously but I likely won’t buy again. Doesn’t taste as good as plain chickpea flour eggs.
