Great! Zinc can be a bit full on in my experience but this seems to be more of a slow release and very easy to take too 👍

I have had zinc supplements before that have made me feel very sick, even ten minutes after taking them. These however, taste good, easy to take, and are very gentle on the stomach. No adverse side effects. Will buy them again.

Easy to take and not to forget. They stay next to mu bed so I can easily take first thing in morning and last thing at night. Taste good. But not after Corsodyl tooth paste. Colgate was fine lol. Very easy to chew, not like gummies which take a little more effort. These melt away within a couple of chews. Have a cold currently so hoping it reduces the length and or intensity. I started taking them as soon as they arrived Sunday evening on same say delivery. Going well. But hard to say if they are actually working. Maybe a blood test in a few weeks will determine whether or not I'll purchase again.

Zinc has so many health benefits but the main reason I wanted to add Zinc supplements to my diet, especially leading into the winter months, is because it helps with maintaining a strong immune function. I feel so much more energised and all around healthier since taking these - couldn't be more pleased !!!I have also noticed improvements in my metabolism and focus at work which is just a great bonus.I've tried a few vitamins from this brand now and have never been disappointed. Delicious as always and so easy to take! :-) can't recommend enough, especially if you hate taking tablets.

chewy, fruity and nice

After looking and searching for a while for a good combination of tasty and effective xinc gummies. These are by far the best i have come across. Really tasty and feel 10x mentally after using them. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty but also highly effective gummy chew. Will definately be purchasing more in the future.

I take these in the morning and before bed and I think it's made me feel a lot more relaxed, I think it also helps that the flavour is so nice that it doesn't make me uncomfortable too! My favourites so far!
