Very well designed, very well-made knife. It’s very sharp and will cut nearly anything. The rounded tip adds a bit of safety. Although it’s lightweight, it cuts like a heavyweight.

Great steak knife. Not too dish washer friendly, they tend to show rust spots, but if you wash them yourself and dry off with a towel or let it air dry, you should be fine

We got these so that kids could use safely (round tip). But, they are very, very sharp. Too sharp for children.

I have several more Victorinox paring knives. I especially like the longer length of this knife. I also like that the tip is rounded; I have stuck myself too often with the sharp ones. The blade is so sharp, I don't need a sharp point; I proved that last night when cutting an over-ripe tomato.

Love these knives. Durable, sharp, easy to maneuver to cut exactly and easily, just as paring knives should handle. Many brands are just too bulky and awkward to handily use. They sit in the back of my drawer. You won’t be disappointed
