I mentioned to my friend what was going on with the pain in my knee. My sister-in-law introduced me to this and I decided to try it for a month. I didn't realize how well this worked until I ran out. Suddenly (I had switched back to Glucosamine Condroitin) I struggled going up stairs. Switched back to Arthocin (2 tablets in the morning) and within 2 days I was back to being able to run up stairs, get down on my knees and UP AGAIN! :-)My only complaint is that when I started ordering Arthocin from Amazon the price was $27 for a 60 count bottle. The price is now up to $37. I hope the price doesn't continue to go up, but comes back down.I highly recommend this product! I always come back to these. They were first recommended to me by a homeopath specialist. However, they stopped stocking them. They work better than any joint pain supplement I've used. It takes a few weeks for the affect to kick in. About 2-3 weeks. However, I can feel limited relief in a week.
