I snore only when my mouth falls open so this seemed to be a better option than those head brace things I've seen around. It was! I purchased the boomerang-shaped strips. It applies easily, and of course feels a little strange, cause something's taped to your face. But I got used to the feeling quickly. It kept my mouth closed, though there was enough room to talk and breathe through my mouth if I was making a conscious effort. It stayed secure all night, and I peeled it off easily in the morning. I recommend these for those who snore only when their mouth is open, and who have a clear nose.

It would have been nice to receive instructions for this specific product. I spent 4 or 5 strips trying to figure out how to wear them.

I have been using these Chin-Up strips for several years and have recommended them to many people. They do keep my mouth closed so that I don't wake up coughing from a parched mouth and throat from mouth-breathing. It took a few nights to become used to the feeling of the strip on my face and I did feel a little silly when I looked at myself in the mirror but it is worth all that to get a good night's sleep. Try them!

I bought these to use with my cpap instead of using a chin strap...the chin strap was so hot at night and thesehave turned out to be the greatest solution. They stay put, hold your mouth shut, and they are easily removed.I have reordered!! Thanks for a great product
