These inexpensive aprons worked great for both my daughter who is thin and 4’11”, and me who is NOT thin and 5’8”.We used for making pancakes and pies and didn’t get liquid on them, so can’t speak about water resistance, but they kept our clothes clean, so they did their job, and they’re a cute color, too!

August 24, 2008. Just finish washing dishes. I hope this photo can show clearly how soaked my Apron is. It's most definitely not WATERPROOF in anyway whatsoever. Theres many unfounded reviews. Sellers advertising about this Apron being WATERPROOF is very falsfied.August 19. 2020.I've used this Apron quite a few times. I normally wash every time I purchase before using. But I didnt wash this Apron. I always read several reviews before purchasing any items from Amazon. Lots of time I have found many of the reviews are very different from my findings. Many rave about this Apron . I was so excited it was waterproof. I was tired of always getting so wet with my other Aprons. I live in an Apt. The kitchen faucet was not to my liking. So I bought a better expensive Faucet from Amazon. Its higher than my sink some what. So I'm always getting wet. However this Apron is most definitely not WATERPROOF. I just used it again a few minutes ago. I got wet. I use the pocket today. I found half of a cigarette in the pocket. Gross. I was so torn off. Not only is it not Waterproof. I also received a used Apron.There you have it. Sorry for my very long review.i do not recommed this Apron as Waterproof.I'm not sure if its water resistant. Ir stain resistant. I havent used them as of now. Just received them. I personally do not care for these Aprons myself. I do not like them. I also do not like the material. I got the burgundy. Its not red. Its burgundy. If you need some ordinary Aprons this would be ideal for you. I'm going to keep then than returning them. I'm 5"2. These Aprobs is short not long. If someone is much taller than 5"2. These Aprons would be much shorter for you. I think I'm going to go to Michael's or Joanns and look for some pattern where I can iron in it sew in to my Apron. It's so plain and not very pretty looking.

Soaking wet in minutes.

I love wearing some of my more colorful aprons, but alas, none of them are water resistant. These aprons are plain black, not fancy but I really love that they are water resistant, the waist tie is big enough so I can wrap it around to the front, and I love the big pockets. Very practical, and makes washing dishes a lot more pleasant now that I don't get the front of my clothing work. I'd say these are probably commercial kitchen quality. Now if I could just get these with some fun prints.

I love the feel and look of these. I own a smoothie shop and am embroidering them on the front. Was so happy when I opened the package. The fabric is great and seems to look like after washing wont loose the color. These are Great!
