This is the everything pedal
That lightly pushed clean tone and the compressed high gain solo tone you want are both here, so I purchased the deluxe version to have one side set to each. You're not limited to a sweet spot, there are tons of pleasing sounds in this unit.

Wampler Dracarys pedal
I bought the Dracarys pedal used from the Amazon warehouse - while I have no problem buying used guitar pedals, this was the first time I had bought one used from Amazon. The pedal was in perfect working order, and it was in the correct condition that was claimed during purchase. The Dracarys is certainly one of the best options out there for massive high-gain distortion pedals, especially if you play in low and/or drop tunings. It is surprisingly versatile, too - not to mention completely silent when turned on (in my experience, I did use a battery).

Wampler nailed it with this pedal.
If you’re sick of the typical Tubescreamer, Dumble or Klon type pedals, give this one a try... The Pantheon can do all of that and more. It’s basically a hot-rodded Marshall Bluesbreaker that can still do pristine low-gain… and the high gain is excellent as well. The combination of soft/hard clipping is amazing, and the gain options are killer. The Pantheon is EXACTLY what I was looking for, and it’s replaced my Revivaldrive, which replaced my Blues Driver. The only other pedal that can come close to this is maybe a King/Prince of Tone, but the Pantheon is more affordable and doesn’t have a waitlist. From P-Funk to Tool, this pedal can do it all.

Great pedal for many styles
I must have read every review and watched every youtube video on this pedal to see if it was going to be right for me.I finally decided to go for it and I am glad that I did. The most awesome part of this pedal is the "blend" knob. It's like having a clean amp and a distorted amp set up in front of you and being able to mix the two. There are an infinite number of varieties of grit/overdrive/grind, whatever word you prefer. The overdrive section is great too, with lots of tone shaping via the normal/fat/fatter switches. You can get just about any lead and rhythm setup that you'd like.I now have 2 wampler pedals and have found them to be first quality all around. Great packaging and instructions as well. Amazing paint and graphics for a small shop!

A bit pricey, but worth it!
This is my first Wampler pedal and I must say I'm really impressed. I have a couple other drive pedals (Ibanez TS, Timmy, Boss) that I use all the time for low to mid gain, but wanted something meaner on the board for those occasional high gain moments. This pedal is very tweak-able, and certainly handles high gain but can do so much more. I'd say that it kind of has it's own musical thing going on - definitely not your typical "stack in a box". I'm getting too old and lazy to bend down to tweak pedal settings while playing a set so I like to have a few different drives on the board at any one time. I also find that I like to rotate drive & distortion pedals every so often just to keep it fresh - and this is a very welcome member to the pack :) The only negative thing I can possibly say is that it's a bit pricey, and that it's a bit bulkier and taller than many other pedals like MXR or EHX. Overall this thing is a winner for me.

A versatile TS-style pedal, but not for me
I'm a big fan of Brian Wampler and his products, but this pedal was not a keeper for me. Build quality, features and controls, and visual appearance are all top notch. But I guess I'm just not a tube screamer kind of guy. For over a decade I've had a TS9 modified by Keeley to 808 "plus", which after side-by-side testing sounded very slightly more pleasing to me for that mid-hump thing than the Clarksdale. The Clarksdale has much more adjustment capability than my Keeley, and is probably excellent if that sort of sound works for you. But personally, every time I try to find a use for a TS I end up turning it off and using other pedals instead.

Quite Possibly the Best Overdrive on the Planet
Does everything I was looking for it to do. Sounds amazing at low or high gain. Instantly took over my board and became the foundation of my tone. Always on, always just right. I might buy a second one simply to stack for higher gain sounds. Absolutely my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a good, solid and versatile overdrive.

My TS9 tube screamer and OCD pedal are my main distortion pedals and I love them with the strats but with this telecaster I ...
I recently bought an American B-Bender Telecaster, my pedal board is set up mainly for the strats I play. My TS9 tube screamer and OCD pedal are my main distortion pedals and I love them with the strats but with this telecaster I wanted something where I have more control over my clean sound. I ran across this pedal and decided to give it a try after watching Brent Mason himself review it on YouTube. It has exceeded all my expectations, it is basically 2 pedals in 1!! The blend knob is one of the most useful features for me and kicking both sides on together give a very nice 'heavy' sounding distortion that I'm actually able to use out live. Most heavier distortions get lost in the mix of a whole band situation but this one cuts through and I have gotten only good complements about my tone. I'm very happy and highly recommend it if you want a nice chicken pickin" tone but also like a great over drive..... first 5 start pedal I have bought since my Keeley 4 knob compressor. They work great together!!
