I am so happy with this pillow after buying 2 others from Amazon which were both memory foam that I found them to be very hard and uncomfortable. So this was my third pillow I purchased. I had been having neck pain with my current pillow. So I thought perhaps memory foam may provide more support. As soon as the pillow arrived I left it the whole day to expand. The first night of sleeping on it I found it so comfortable, no neck pain at all, I didn't keep turning over in the night. I found the foam to be just right, not too hard or too soft and it springs back up. I had a great night sleep. It is personal preference and I am very fussy with pillows and mattresses but this pillow is so comfortable and I recommend it. I have had it for a few weeks now and it's still just as comfortable.

I have ACJ Dysfunction, and over the past 2 years have purchased 9 pillows!! Nothing relieved the pain, in fact my last pillow, a water pillow made the pain very much worse, no matter the water level. I've tried so many pillows, even a new mattress, despite the one I had being under 2 years old, yet still believed the 'right' pillow would help. After a particularly bad night I ordered two more pillows, with high recommendations. Both arrived together the next morning. I had been particularly taken with the other pillow, but when I unpackaged both, this one just looked 'right', so I tried it first. I've ever bothered to try the other pillow, as I knew from the first night that my search was over and I'd finally found the pillow I needed. The pillow ft perfectly into a standard pillow protector and pillow case, there was no smell - not even on the first night. for me it is the perfect level of firmness, neither being too soft nor too hard, and it feels of good quality. Unusually I managed to sleep on the very first night I tried it - unusual for me. After the 3rd night I was actually looking forward to going to bed, instead of avoiding it until the early hours. Obviously two years of muscle and joint strain won't disappear overnight, but I am already noticing a huge difference. My neck is no longer tight, pains in my neck and head are subsiding, clavicle pains are completely gone and even shoulder pans are not as intense. To say that I am delighted with this pillow is an understatement, and I plan to buy a second one as soon as I can afford to. Can't fault the pillows, they're really comfortable and offer great support. Only problem I had was ordered two 70 cm ones and when they arrived one said 70cm on package and the other 67.5cm yet they was about 6-7cm difference so sent back and ordered a new 70cm one and a 67.5cm turned up but this time it is only 2.5cm difference and can deal with that as it still fills the pillow case enough

Ive had a few memory foam pillows and this is one of the best so far. Well made and very comfortable. It regains its shape almost instantly. Fits inside a standard pillowcase. The outer case can be removed for washing.

Well arrived and opened to pleasant and relieved purchase Exactly as shown Really feels nice Good size and height and although newly got a relief it was as ordered and nice as hoped. No smell , is memory foam, soft case on white side ,feels nice looks nice and most importantly comfortable and so I think this is going to be best pillow I’ve had in a very very long time and I’ve tryed it seems every type and make Years ago was fussy with quality of pillows but now it’s about pain relief and neck issue so need changed It’s expensive for one pillow but if it works it’s nice and comfortable then shows how much money wasted on others of no help And shape retention yes so far so good. Think anyone would benefit not just pain required but any adult of pillow requirements important to them Well done to makers! Bring price down and id buy more and get rid of all mine and I have lots of half suitable to useless ones.

When I first saw it, I thought it was half a pillow that had been cut across in the middle. It did expand, but it's still pretty flat. I think their measurements are a bit off. The first night I felt like I was lying almost flat in the bed, and I woke up with neck pain. After that, I added another soft, fairly flat pillow underneath to lift it up a bit. I do think it needs to be a bit thicker. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. I got it as a replacement for a pillow that cost double this, so it makes sense it's inferior in quality/comfort. It reminds me of a mattress topper compared to a mattress, something you would put on top of something else to firm it up and get it to last a bit longer, but not enough to sleep on in itself.

I suffered for years with a stiff neck when waking up and after much research purchased this pillow. It has made such a difference, it’s gives a perfect amount of support and the memory foam works wonderfully at giving me a great nights sleep and even better I don’t wake up in the morning with a stuffed neck or any neck pain. It’s good value for money as a lot of memory foam pillow are far more expensive. I have been using it for approximately 6 months and it hasn’t lost its shape or shown any signs of wear. Great buy and have replaced all my pillows with these.

I've had neck pains for quite a while now. Every morning I wake up, if I looked down, it would hurt. So I decided to buy this pillow to see if it would help. First, you should know that you need to give this pillow 5-7 days for it to start "working." In fact, it might be hard to get used to this pillow at first if you only used normal pillows like I have. But I decided to give it a shot and used it. The first day, didn't really feel a big difference when it comes to a reduction in pain or an increase in comfort. But as the days went by, especially by the 3rd day, your body gets used to this pillow, and it sort of starts to feel really good. By the 5th day, you should see a significant difference after you wake up and how comfortable it is. By the 7th day, my neck pain was completely gone! No where to be seen. Thank goodness!!! The big hump is where you place your neck, so the big hump should face your feet. Your head will droop down a tiny bit because of the curve of the pillow and your neck will hug the big hump. The pillow at first might feel firm, but this foam relaxes due to body heat, so the longer you stay on it, the softer it gets and it will cradle your neck. In the morning, once you get up, the pillow is pretty much back to it's original self. Now, I can't imagine sleeping on another pillow because this feels so good. This is great for people who sleep on their back (like me) or side sleepers. This is NOT recommended for people who sleep on their stomachs, I read that these types of pillows will cause more problems then solve if you sleep on your stomach. Overall, excellent product, highly recommended, worth every single penny!
