Q: Can you change a flavor out of the 3 pack?

NO. This item is pre- packed and there is no option to change flavors.

Q: the 3 containers came in a sealed package. I can feel and hear the liquid sloshing around in it. Can I get a replacement (not a return)?

They are stored in liquid to keep from drying out.

Q: Are the texture like that of a gummy bear.. or something like a tapioca pea? Thank you so much

To me, it is neither. The skin is like that of a sweet pea but with sweet syrup inside. It is really good. ( don't worry, I'm talking about texture not taste when I say sweet pea.) I will say that is does not pop as loud as expected.

Q: Do you have to refrigerate after opening?

Yes - in fact, I recommend transferring to another bowl, as these become a little flimsy and can spill out in the refrigerator.
