This exceeded my expectations. I found it easy to assemble, not many steps involved at all. It is spacious and works well, hot enough for me! I do wish the chair was a bit more comfortable but considering the interior space it is the best that can be done. I have only been using it for four days, but I do notice a marked difference in my body aches/joint aches already. The zippers are good quality and have inside and outside tabs. I keep my hands inside with the arm holes zipped to keep heat in. There is a pocket on the outside to keep a phone if you want to listen to music or a podcast. They sent an extra neck 'towel' that zips around the neck hole, so that is nice. We also received a small wooden roller/massager, I am guessing it is for your feet so a few extra unexpected goods included! It is quite large, so be sure you have a space for it. There are handles on the outside so that once you assemble/set up, you can pull it around to move where you want to. It also comes in a nice zip up cover/case for those that want to store it away or take it somewhere else. Time will tell but right now this appears to be a good quality purchase.

After using the sauna for less than a year (bought Nov 2022 and paid 459), the device gives an error message of EA01 and won't turn on. There's no information about error codes in the manual that came with it. Amazon can't help. And there's no number anywhere on the internet to get a hold of someone to help troubleshoot, fix, resolve, or exchange. Junk, I tell ya!! So disappointed that the price has also been lowered by more than 200 dollars. What in the actual heck? Don't buy. Buy one with existent customer service.

Hot, roomy and excellent. I sit on a cushion on the floor. I use the chair sometimes however, I mainly sit on my cushion on a towel I also bring a little fan in with me through the neck opening, then towel over that. Place fan in first, cover neck hole with towel, grab water get in, zip up and sweat. PS get a good pod cast going also first. ☺️

Have had this for 8 months and enjoy sitting inside for 40 minutes (start sweating at 20) with towel over hole on a yoga cushion. Listen to binaural beats and do box breathing as well. Also bring in a cold Gatorade Fit. Query - I don't smell or hear anything coming from ionizer. I don't think it is working. How can you tell?

I was using one of these at my doctor’s office weekly for support with detox. I am extremely happy with my purchase! I think it has a better quality zipper than the doctor’s office unit. Eventually, I’ll replace the chair. It’s not the most comfortable. But, again better than the one that burned my arm at the doctor’s office.

When I first tried this out, I was really excited because I sweat so much and thought I would be getting some sort of benefit from it. But if I stayed in longer than about 5 minutes, I started getting a horrible headache. I don’t know if it’s from the heat or the horrible smell or it’s something else about this sauna. I will say it seemed plenty roomy if the chair was placed in just the right spot (so that my limbs didn’t touch the sides). I also had no trouble with it heating up and maintaining heat. But the headache caused me concern.

The media could not be loaded.  I don't understand why people need to lie about a product when it comes to the health of others. It makes since now why that guy in another comment had a headache. You don't have to be that sensitive to EMF's to be impacted by how high the reading was on this product. I first did the reading in uT and it was 13, and I thought, wow that is high!! So I turned on the MG read to get the most accurate reading for what they described in the product description, it reached up to 114!!!!!!!!!! That is NOT a safe place to sit in. Anything over 5 is considered an extreme concern (1-5 is considered a severe concern).
