I suffer from low back pain, especially when I am walking a lot. I have a volunteer job one day a week where I am walking for 30 minutes at a time, three times in an afternoon. By the end of the day my back would be killing me. It would also hurt me the next day. I decided to try this back support. It works great! The support is not so much that I feel inhibited in movement, but enough so that my back is definitely supported. It made such a difference! Now, I have been wearing it for the past few weeks and my back does not hurt that day or the next day.I read many reviews of different back supports and a lot of them said that the velcro stops working after a while. This item had no complaints about the Velcro. I have only used this three times, so I have no idea if that will happen eventually. I highly recommend it as it is working exactly as advertised.

It feels so good! My back def feels supported in this. It’s not good for weight lifting though which is why I baught it.

The back belt fits well and is adjustable. I have a pinched nerve which has been causing me pain and sciatica for a year. The belt has made no difference what so ever in pain management snd mobility. I was hopeful but will abandon it for medical treatment and exercise.

I like the back brace because it goes from my pelvis to the bottom of my rib cage.My love handles (small though they may be. lol) do not bulge over the top like standard sized back bases due.It is extremely comfortable even when I wear it directly against my skin. It breaths. It is hidden by my shirts so I can wear it anywhere without drawing unwanted attention to me.I don't know the actually cleaning recommendations, but I put it in with my regular laundry, took it out of the washer & hung it up to dry (It actually did not feel all that wet when I took it out of the wash. I probably could have worn it immediately but it quickly & fully dried in no time at all.) Enjoy! This is a good one ;)
