Rousseau 5000 Dust Solution for Miter Saws, Silver

These was easy to install. the only change I made was using magnets to hold it onto the saw frame. This completely eliminates the loss of saw dust. The size is perfect and easy to hook up a shop vac. I needed to buy an adaptor for my vac but that was really inexpensive.

Prior to getting the Rousseau 5000 the sawdust would go everywhere. I tried different things to contain the dust but nothing worked. I was sceptical about how good the Rousseau would work, I even thought of making a box around my mitre saw to contain the dust. Thank goodness I did not build it and finally ordered the Rousseau. When I received it , I could not wait to try it. It was easy to set-up and does an excellent job of containing the saw dust. It looks different but does an excellent job of containing the sawdust.

The tent is best money I spent ...it keeps dust in one area ...and connected to a vacuum it keeps clean... especially MDF

Update 17/9/21 - Stanchions and hardware have arrived, thanks Rosseau. Amazon were not any help in this case. Have upgraded from 3 to 5 stars.Update 14/9/21 - still haven't received stanchions.Great item, good quality, made from strong canvas and it actually captures the sawdust. Didn't receive stanchions or hardware to mount hood in box, contacted Amazon, waste of time. I then contacted Rousseau, they have said theyll send the missing items, yet to recei ve, we'll see. So i've created my own stanchions.

Used to trim out 1 remodel so far. This captured a lot more sawdust than I expected
