Q: any way to clean/wash this?

Have not tried to wash this.....cannot imagine why not. It will probably lose some of its body......seems to be a cardboard base.

Q: what are the dimensions of it when it is zipped up?

20x5.5x5x5 cm (7 3/4 x 2 1/8 inches ) in it's squared up shape - a little more for the zip/loop. It does tend to squash flat in my work bag to about (20x9cm).

Q: Would this fit Tombow Dual Brush pens?

Yes they will fit into my C2 case. It will hold 10 dual brush pens at a time.
