Simple to set-up and use
Simple to set-up and use on my laptop PC. Using it to check what is encoded on mag stripes on Loyalty Cards we are creating.

Did not work
This product was listed as "Used - Good condition" by White River Resale. The product did not work. Since we did not test the product in the time frame of 30 days, we were unable to receive a replacement. Would not recommend purchasing items from this vendor. Find this product brand new from someone else.

Works as expected but configuration is not intuitive
As the headline says, the unit worked as expected. We wanted a device like this to provide improved "touchless" customer transactions in high traffic university locations. For our situation, it was necessary to find the configuration software and modify the "out of the box" configuration. Using the config software took some time to figure out, especially to find the output the reader was sending and then change what was being output. Overall, a useful, low cost device to expand usage of mag stripe cards
