Good value for the price
It is a good water purifier. It has reduced the TDS content of the water which was otherwise high. The service/installation was also hassle free. We also got a discount for exchanging out old water purifier.

Good purifier with excellent water quality I have been using the KENT Grand RO and overall I’m quite satisfied with the performance. The water tastes clean and fresh, and the purification quality is very good. The 8L storage capacity is also convenient for regular family use. The installation was smooth and the purifier looks good on the wall. The RO + UF + TDS Control + UV LED combination gives good confidence about the quality of drinking water. Nice Product
We have been using this 'Kent RO Grand' for about 21 days, and everything is working well so far. Its filtration performance is quite good. In terms of durability, it is made of plastic, and using it is hassle-free. Additionally, its design is compact and saves space.

Product reached on time and installation staff was polite and helpful. Installation guy explained the product and feature in details. He also guided me tds settings and water quality feature.

Good. But the motor makes noise and vibrates. The installation technician was seen putting items from the Kent delivery package into his own bag, which is highly unprofessional. He also did not provide a proper demonstration and his attitude was unsatisfactory. The TDS was set at 103 during installation and next day the TDS has dropped to 60.
