I wanted a book I could record what appliances we had and keep up with the routine maintenance of it all. This would probably do that, but there's a LOT of waste in that it's for doing many projects that require very little info about them. I need basically a book that I can record when an appliance was purchased and what maintenance needs done to it and how often it's done. Just seems like the majority of these pages in it are for things I will not be using. A smaller book that does more of just what I need would be better. This one seems to not really fit the bill for what I needed. It's nice quality and if I was doing more projects it could be helpful.
