This Loisa Sofrito is good. Best jarred Sofrito that I have tried so far..I normally don’t use a jarred Sofrito… But nothing beats or is better than Home made Sofrito..Which I ran out of.. So till I make my home made Sofrito…I will use Loisa Sofrito… It is good… I would buy it again if needed…Sorry just being honest…
