I was longing for the product, thinking that it could cover my greys. But was utterly disappointed with it. It just does not color hair strands. It can only color tissue paper brown. The product is imported and costly. I must say it's a total waste of money.

I bought this based on the great reviews as an emergency to hide my grey roots for an important, last minute in-person event at my job. I took a leap of faith and ordered it so I could use the time I had before the meeting to prepare to give a presentation instead of dyeing my hair, which is a process. I was nervous that it wouldn't work but it was a lifesaver! Pro tip: I recommend using it to hide your roots before you do your makeup especially on the hairline and temples. I did have some splatter of the product on my face since I used it as the last step. I just took a Q-tip and carefully removed it but you definitely want to avoid this. It dries super fast with no tacky feel. Afterward, it doesn't rub off if you touch your hair. If you spray too much on your scalp, stay calm, and use a fine-toothed comb to break it up for a natural look. Also recommend combing it through your hair to break up the product to prevent fallout and to see if there are areas of grey you missed. The color was a very natural match to my hair and to Clairol's Root Touch Up color in dark brown just for reference. The price is great also. I will see how long a bottle lasts. Concerned if it does contain butane or aerosol which is bad for the environment. But this is a game changer for me since it's the first time I used a root touch up in spray form. I typically only use the powder versions but can be a process to apply when your hair is really grown out like mine was. Highly recommend!

I use this spray when I put my hair up in a messy bun or pony tail, I genetically have fine, thin hair, light brown, and at 31 with not the greatest health and nutrition, often hyper aware with my crown area looking thin/sparse with my hair up, and before going to clip in extensions for volume, I was using brush and powder to touch up my crown to add more deep color to get a fuller look, I got this touch up spray, it really works great! Makes my scalp darker so my hair looks denser, but 2 things.... 1. Like all product, it can rub off on fingers and such, again it's spray product, it's pretty great when dry, but occasionally you see traces of color if you run your fingers through your hair/scalp, just looks like eye shadow or what not, and 2. It is a product you want to spray, set, and not touch too much, it has consistency you'll want to spray, (feels wet at first) let dry, and for best overall feel, comb with a brush or wide tooth comb as it can bind/clump if you over work it, besides that it smells good, does not affect sensitive skin, and does a bang up job, oil is not a problem with my hair type but if I were to relate it to a product it would be dry shampoo, when I want to sleep in, skip shower day, toss the hair up, give it a spray and it makes my basic ponytail or messy bun look on point
