Very Short Battery Life - Don't expect it to last more than 18 months
We purchased this vacuum in September 2021. Great robot vacuum at a very good price, however, it has now stopped working, July 2023. Very frustrating as I am reluctant to purchase a new battery, (if that is possible), as I'm unsure if the battery is the problem. It works until the battery is showing anywhere between 75 - 55% then just stops. I suppose this is a case if you get what you pay for.

No longer functioning
Shame that in 2021 this cost quite a bit and felt a luxury purchase. The app no longer works, the battery no longer works for long, no support left open to contact yet replacement items can still be bought, but without the app to use alongside it, charge not holding etc really disappointed.

Short battery life
Bought it 2021 and for last few weeks it wont hold charge. Used to be able to do all of downstairs, now it can only do half a room before it dies.
