Razer Unisex's Rogue Backpack

Fast delivery, great product, almost perfect.
Hello. I hope this review finds you well. This is purely from my personal experience, and I'm reviewing the 18-inch version.I live in Japan, and we have Razer products here, including this particular backpack (this means I know the quality of both the Chromatic and Black versions, and I'm extremely pedantic about this). However, they don't sell the 18" variant here. I had to order from the US and ship it directly to my doorstep. I placed my order last August 7th, and it was expected to be at my doorstep on August 19th, but I got it today (August 12th), so I was extremely pleased with it. It came with the usual Amazon box, and there was no damage whatsoever, which means the product itself was safe during transit. Upon opening it, the backpack was inside a plastic bag with wrappings all around to make it stable. It was rather basic, but as long as the product was safe, then that's really there is to it.I ordered the 18" - Chromatic Version (abbreviated as "CV"). It really pops out, and I love it, but sadly, there's no 18" Black Version (abbreviated as "BV") as of the time I bought it. I would have preferred that, and this is mainly because the printing on the Chromatic Version's "RAZER" logo is different from the "RAZER" logo on the Black Version. CV's printing feels like it can wear off anytime, as if the logo was hot-pressed via adhesive, whereas the BV's printing of the logo is part of the material itself, so it's impossible for it to fade away. Buyer beware if you're planning on getting the CV. You have to be vigilant NOT to scratch the front part of your bag. BV won't have this issue at all. This is personally a non-issue for me though. You might have heard of the issues about the zippers, and I can see why people pointed it out. The bag is water resistant, so the teeth of the zippers must be covered with rubber to prevent water from going inside, but because of this, it makes it hard to zip up or down, so if enough force is applied, the zipper tab can be separated from the zipper joint. You can put the tabs back easily though, but I wish Razer closed the small gap between the tab and the joint. I'd say this is an oversight on Razer's part.As for the compartments, it's really, really spacious. I can say without a doubt that this 18-inch variant can hold TWO laptops of up to 18-inches (I have an 18-inch laptop so I know it can fit two). I mean, of course it's silly to do it, but I'd like to point out the scope of how big it is, and it has even more space for all the accessories you could think of. Whatever you have there, I'm sure this backpack can handle it.If I remember correctly, only the 17 and 18 inch variants have the rain cover. You can find it at the bottom of the bag. You attach it via a bag clip inside the small compartment where the rain cover resides, then after that, you stretch the cover and manually wrap it around. It covers the whole bag, so I'm confident that no water can go inside. This rain cover + rubber covers on the zippers = waterproof.$150 is a hard pill to swallow; even more in my case due to shipping and custom taxes ($213!!!), but I'm pleased with the product.Should you go buy one? It depends, really. I bought this mainly because of the branding, the looks and the functionality it offers, but I'm well aware that there are other 18-inch backpacks out there that functions more or better than this Razer backpack, so if that's what you're after, then don't buy this. Otherwise, if you're fine with the concerns I mentioned above, then go ahead and fork over that money. You won't regret it.If you have any questions, just let me know, and I'll be more than happy to answer your concerns to the best of my abilities.

Apprehension at first…. But worth it in the end!
Originally knew abt these backpacks because of a good friend of mine. Was using other big purses and backpacks for my daily carry. I usually have my handheld games systems, pens and other things with me. For the size, it’s perfect. Has a nice appearance. I enjoy the fact that the quality of the bag is exactly what I wanted in a backpack. It’s perfect for my daily gaming needs. When I initially purchased the backpack it was a bit pricey… Buts it was worth the money. I haven’t used any other bag outside of this one since purchasing back in January. It could use a few more pockets. But other than that, I’m satisdied

I was hesitant but I'm glad I got it.
I was looking for a laptop backpack that would fit my ROG 16". Many options seemed that would work, but didn't look sturdy. I ordered this backpack and I like a lot the quality, it feels and looks top tier, and my laptop is safe. It's also slim in a way, but I fit everything in and still have space left. I guess its space is just optimized, not bulky at all.
