Q: what brand are the balloons?

No name. A very cheap brand. They arrived, stuck together, holes in some of them, popped when I blew them up. Don’t purchase these.

Q: Why does the gold ballons have white specs on them when inflating?

It’s the quality of the balloons. These balloons are not good quality. They pop when you blow them up and some of the had holes in there. I don’t recommend. Get quality balloons. You will pay more but it’s worth it. I hope this helps.

Q: Would two kits be recommended if I want to get more professional finish？

I would suggest 2 kits to achieve the look on the pic, I tried to upload my images didn't work sorry. nice set but to get the full look I would order 2.
