The Mrs. bought me this for my birthday. I was letting her know I was interested in building one and I never got around to it. So of course when I opened the box I was greatly surprised and appreciative. That being said you'll definitely want to have a bit know how with tools to get the best use out of it. Mine was a bit warped, none of that matters if you screw it to the wall. Mine is screwed to 3 studs, the vest and belt are pretty heavy. The screws provided aren't great, I didnt even use them. But I had a plethora of screws to choose from here in the garage. This thing is awesome. As long as you're not expecting ikea ease of assembly and you're handy, this is better than the pictures give justice. I wish they included better hardware and maybe instructions that helped people understand how to use a stud finder. The wood is a bit on the soft side but it does just fine! Every time I hang my vest it makes my bad days better. And it keeps me organized and stops me from tossing all my gear on a chair. It's a win win! (Blacked out my department insignia for obvious reasons)

This is an alright product, the wood is fairly cheap and there’s no instructions on how to put it together. It also came absolutely demolished in the box when it got to my house.We put it together and are missing one of the pipe pieces that connects to hang my boyfriends belt off of it. I submitted a ticket to get the piece replaced and haven’t heard peep back.It’s an okay product but if you need help from customer service, good luck.

Board not cut to fit properly!! No instructions for assembly!! Boards are lightweight & cheap!!

It came with absolutely no instructions. The wood was warped. When we were almost done putting it together we realized it was missing pieces. I sent mine back for a refund. Save your money, I don’t recommend this product.

This product arrived extremely late and then was unusable bc the wood was so warped you couldn’t assemble it. Best part was they were easy to work with for a return.

Cheaper than expected, no clear markings for assembly, once assembled covers wording. Just get the more expensive one you will be much happier

Here the reasons you should not buy:1. No instructions2. This is not real wood and the one we recieved was warped.3. Once assembled with gaps due to warped boards the accessories cover the flag and writing.4. When it comes in this condition just know you don't get a replacement option so don't destroy the flimsy little box they ship it to you in. Everything is laid losely in the box. Zero protection.
