Excellent printing quality, great value for money

I bought this for my business however after 3 month I opened it to use it once we start it’s not working and now i need to raise it to fined a solution but it waist of time and money you really need to check any items coming from Amazon and not trusting nor expecting to work ..

The printer is not getting power.

Before writing this review I have looked through all the reviews for this orange speed demon of a label printer and I wanted to address some concerns. Let me say at the price point it's at right now it's half of what I paid for it over 2 years ago and it was a steal then.1. InstallationThis seems to be a big problem with some people. I just recently went to their website to download the driver and it installed with no issue for me. https://comer-us.com/collections/thermal-label-printer is their official site for the printers support page. If you get a warning saying the file is not trusted, then that is because they're not Dell or HP or some other major manufacturer who has paid mega-bucks for getting their drivers certified, which would in turn send the price of your printer up higher. It's a trade-off and you can choose to trust the driver or not. In 2 years of using the printer I have not had any reason not to trust this company or their products and drivers. If your "antivirus" is warning you this is a virus maybe it is not right or just saying it's an unknown file. My software I use is Malwarebytes and it is very trustworthy and does not give me a warning about malware for it.2. Print quality: At first with this printer, label quality was perfect. Later on after sitting a few months, because I stopped shipping products for a while, I tried printing a label and it looked terrible, it had lines in it like a kid with a tiny crayon was drawing on it. I was unclear and had missing spots. REMEMBER YOU DON'T NEED to pay for INK OR TONER WITH THIS PRINTER, but you have to clean the printer head!Once I cleaned the print head with a foam q-tip and 91% isopropyl alcohol it prints perfectly again!3. BEEPING!Yes there is beeping when you open the printer or if there is an error, yes it can be annoying! Guess what? I found that there is an advanced option in the print driver to TURN OFF BEEP!4. WORKING WITH SHIPPING SERVICESI used Amazon and shipped most of my products by USPS, I shipped hundreds of packages using this printer for my labels. It worked fine, just make sure you have the printer setup correct.

It comes with a 4gb usd that has software, but the software had error, so i downloaded from the internet, its works fine.

プラス要素・300DPIの製品としてはかなり安価。・筐体がプラスチックの安物と思いきや金属製、塗装の質感もかなり良い。・印字濃度や速度にも文句なし。・動作音もそこまで大きくない。・ロールホルダーが無料でついてくるのもナイス。マイナス要素・割とACアダプタがでかい(A4ノートPCと同じくらい)。・ドライバがインチ表記メインなのでセンチメートル文化圏としては面倒。・デフォルトでビープ音が鳴るようになっている、設定で切れるがかなりうるさい。・設定の問題かもしれないが印字速度を下げた方が文字がかすれる。なんで？安かろう悪かろうと思っていましたが思った以上にしっかりしていました。値段からするとかなりの良品ではないでしょうか。
