Used this on my child, followed instructions and she had no issues, pressure of water could be slightly more as when snot starts to come, if mucus is heavy then water stops flowing, have to get child to blow nose and continue to flush, sealed well against nose,

Does not work
The release mechanism on this device dies not work rendering it useless. I bought it to locate at another place I visit so didn’t try it until after the return window ended. I have another brand and it’s worked daily for a couple of years now.
