Prime the inside with sunflower oil (not butter) and even baked on flapjack residue floats off with a short soak. Thick & shiny but will scratch if you use metal kitchen tools, so don't. Well made and although a bit more expensive then some of the competition it is a significantly better product.

Great size and quality
So far have been very happy with these pans. Have used them to roast and bake in a mini oven. Because they are stainless steel you can scrub them to get get them clean

They are about 6mm bigger each way than stated size so take note,
Good solid tins but were too big as size not right by about 6mm each way, so had to go a size down,as too big for my oven, but they are really excellent quality tins.

Marcas en los laterales interiores por el moldeado
Despues de moldearlo no se a vuelto a pulir las zonas que quedaron despues . Por lo demas parecen bien , aver con con el uso como quedan.
