Clever design, just perfect.
This is about the niftiest kitchen sink faucet I've ever used. First, I have to say that installing any kitchen faucet is rarely easy. It's an awkward job and not for the faint of heart. Unless you're comfortable working under a sink, you may want to enlist a handyman—or a capable younger family member. In my case, my 35-year-old son handled the installation without any problems. The instructions were clear, and everything went together smoothly. The designers of this faucet were incredibly clever. Simply touching the main body of the faucet turns the water on and off. It's an intuitive feature that quickly becomes second nature. If someone in your household prefers the traditional way of doing things, the touch function can be bypassed, allowing the faucet to operate with the standard handle instead. Another thoughtful design touch is that tapping the temperature handle or using the pull-down sprayer doesn't accidentally activate the touch feature. Even better, if you've left the sprayer in spray mode, the faucet automatically resets to a normal stream when it's turned off. That means the next person won't get an unexpected blast of water in the face when they turn it back on. There's also a small indicator light at the base of the faucet that lets you know whether it's operating in touch mode or standard handle mode. One unexpected benefit is that I find myself using noticeably less water. Because it's so easy to tap the faucet on and off, I don't hesitate to shut it off whenever I pause between rinsing plates. I absolutely love this faucet. It's one of those products that seems like a gimmick until you start using it—then you wonder how you ever lived without it. Five stars.

Broke after 6 months
Worked great at first but now 6 months later, the magnet that holds the hose no longer holds it, it stays on fan spray no longer has a straight stream and the touch on and off works intermittently. I tried to contact the manufacturer but was told since I ordered it on line they could not help me. Great color great design but doesn’t work after 6 months. I wouldn’t recommend buying this. So disappointed.

Outstanding customer support. Great product.
Outstanding customer service! Faucet arrived and install was simple. Unfortunately the electronics controlling the water flow wouldn't work. Tried all sorts of troubleshooting and finally called customer service. Frank from customer service sent an email to fill out with some information and in 3 days the faucet was up and running. Minus the one hiccup, faucet works great. Best communication and product support I've experienced.

Great looks and functionality
We got this to replace an aging Delta touchless faucet that was no longer reliably turning on (and was beginning to rust in the area around the hose & sprayer). About a month in with this unit, but very pleased so far with the function. Installation was a breeze (installed it in about 30 minutes early one morning before work). Touch controls work well - though there is a slightly longer lag in the water turning off than we saw the with the Delta, which takes a bit of getting used to. You need to pay attention to the white light to know whether it's on/off, else you wind up tapping it on/off multiple times. One thing I do miss from the Delta was the display light. There, it was a gradation from blue for cold to red for hot, so you knew exactly the temperature you were getting. Here it's just white so you really need to pay attention to the position of the handle to know whether you're going to scald yourself. Would like that additional visual cue, but I'll get used to it. Did have one minor issue when going to pull down the handle and it disconnected spraying water everywhere, but it was easy to pop it back on. Have only seen 1x so hopefully doesn't become a common occurrence (but would knock a few stars off the review if it becomes frequent).

Nice faucet but would have been happier without the touch feature
This is a good looking faucet that suited my needs well, except that for me the touch feature was probably a mistake. The hoses and the parts appear to be of good quality and I had no problem with making connections that worked perfectly the first time. The instructions were useful but inadequate. Luckily they have a support phone number and I got answers promptly. One of the answers was incorrect when it came to the touch feature. There is an electrically controlled valve that must be mounted horizontally. The instructions say this but with all the plumbing and hose routing in that area, a vertical orientation would have been easier. I asked if that was OK and the support person said that it was, so I went ahead and stuck it down with the provided adhesive backed velcro. Oops! The valve doesn't work in that position. One needs to connect a wire to the bottom metal of the faucet, plug it into the valve body, and also mount and plug in the battery pack. They have good connectors for these that only go in one way and seem like they are appropriate for this application. It took me as much effort to find good locations for the touch parts and getting them mounted straight as it did to attach the faucet and connect the plumbing. Now that all is installed, the touch is a novelty but to me it doesn't add useful functionality. Furthermore, it confuses others that don't know how to make the water start flowing, and if they do then they are likely to close the valve manually so the touch feature won't work for the next person. Somewhere in the notes there is mention that one has to change the batteries when they get low, lest the sink not shut off !!! If I could I would remove all the touch features and go conventional. But the fittings are designed to connect with the valve box under the sink, so it would take some thought as to how to make a leak-free bypass.

Looks nice. Electronics are not robust
First and foremost, it seemed like a nice sink early on. The touch functionality stopped working a couple of months into ownership. This forced us to run the sink in manual bypass mode, where the lever turns the water on and off and the touch feature is disabled. While the manual says this mode is acceptable, running it this way causes the control box at the valve to burn out every 6 months to a year. It’s very frustrating to constantly deal with a kitchen sink faucet that isn’t working properly. Kraus has shipped me replacements but there has not been a solution found.

Fair for the price point
Very nice faucet. There is a 2 to 3 second delay after touching the base to shut the water off. Other models are much quicker and also display the heat of the water on the faucet light. This does not do that but it’s a less expensive model. The spray nozzle head has come apart a few times, so you have to make sure you tighten it down very tightly.

KRAUS Oletto Contemporary Single-Handle Touch Kitchen Sink Faucet
I purchased the KRAUS Oletto Contemporary Single-Handle Touch Kitchen Sink Faucet January of 2024. It has been a great faucet up until a October of 2025 when the touch feature quit working. I went to the website for troubleshooting and ended up putting it in manual mode, I then reached out to the manufacture and explained my problem and they asked me a few simple verification questions and immediately sent out the replacement part. The customer service was fast and efficient, no hassles and the person I spoke to was very clear and concise. The faucet is now up and running once again, YAY! This is my second Kraus faucet, the first one lasted 15 years before I upgraded to this model. I will purchase Kraus products again in the future.

Worst faucet ever do not buy
This faucet is so finicky and doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. It turns off when you don’t want it to repeatedly and doesn’t turn on when you want it to. Get a manual faucet
