Babe Ruth Saves Baseball! (Step into Reading 3)

My 6 year old grandson loves playing baseball and this book whetted his appetite for more fun baseball player information. He’s an accelerated reader, but both he and his 5 year old sister thoroughly enjoyed learning about The Babe!

We are enjoying the Step into reading. We are choosing books about history and invention. Our son is dyslexic and he practices reading a book each day for 5 days before reading it to his grandparents on Saturday mornings. The stories keep him captivated and the grandparents enjoy hearing him read the book. He has grown as a reader. We are looking forward to moving to level 4.

We really like the story. The graphics are also cute. Really happy with this purchase!

Great story but crummy binding. Lost a page on the first reading. Took off a star for that reason. The story itself is very good and teaches a positive message on integrity.

My 5 year old nephew loves this book. I think his older sister likes it, too. It is a good topic that my sister says has helped my nephew be more interested in learning to read.

I love these series. But most important that my son does. I order 20+ books and he loves to read them (usually it is not that easy to make him read). I got mix of 2-3-4 levels for the second grader, second level is too easy, but it creates some fun and he reads them with pleasure. Love it, I would recommend it.

These step into reading books are so great for my 7 year old. Such a cool book I myself learned something I didn't know about Babe Ruth great story.
