Amope GelActiv Open Shoes Insoles for Women, 1 pair, Size 5-10

Its been a month or so since getting these gel insoles for such a perfect price. When I got them I realized my heels wouldnt have enough support because they are very slim and meant for high heels and slimmer feet.Well I did a thing and decided to flip them the opposite direction ( probably not advised but if it works try it) because the gel cushion balls looked like what my heels needed badly. It was uncomfortable in the front at first but over the course of a month my feet adjusted and my heels went from hard , cracking, unhealthy heels to soft and pain free in only ONE MONTH!! And all I did was wear them to what suited me and the shape of my foot. The cushion balls are still working perfectly, and they were perfect for my heels. For people with wider feet or swollen feet like mine were, its all about fixing the insoles to what suits your foot. They are Definantly not to be thrown away as they do serve their purpose. They saved my feet from sooo many issues I've been having. I am so thankful for finding them.I love them and plan to buy them again when needed.

I've tried many types inserts and the gel inserts are great. You get that extra comfort in each step.

Works well for flats! I wore them during my trip to Europe (Amsterdam + Paris) and even peeled them off and gave them to my friend to wear in her flats when she got flat feet from walking the whole time. My only complaint is that they're a little bumpy on the balls of the feet so it makes for awkward stepping, but after a few miles (we walked about 20miles EACH DAY for 17 days!!) your toes get used to it

I'm using them in sandals to make the top straps fit better. Although I haven't worn them yet, when I tried them out they didn't stick very well. They slid around. I might add a spot of glue. They do make the sandal fit better.

My mom and I both got the open shoe pads for our shoes that we wore to my sister's wedding. They made the shoes very comfortable (my mom was on her feet a lot, too), and helped prevent our feet from sliding around, thanks to some grip throughout the insoles (I looked at another brand that didn't have some grip for the heel, and I'm glad I didn't get those). We would definitely get again in the future.

had a pair of really stiff party heels - i'm talking metallic with rhinestones worthy of a high school prom. before, they were only really wearable for a few hours, now they can be endured for the whole night. the insoles are slim but squishy so they don't really change the fit of the shoe, not even with it being open toed!

I was delivered the wrong insoles. I ordered ones for Open Shoes, but received ones for Flats. I was going to return for a refund, but I decided to try them in my flats. I am a size 10, no bigger-no smaller...and these didn't even come close to filling in any of my shoes. They definitely run small...I would estimate they would be for a size 5 or 6. I thought I was would be able to trim them down...but definitely not needed. Eventhough they did not fill my shoes, they were comfortable for my heels...no arch support. If you have smaller feet, give these a try. If you are bigger than a size 6, find something else.

I bought these for my sandals that were slightly too big. These work perfectly. They are not meant to be the size of your foot. I have read some reviews with complaints they were too small and were not the right size. These are meant to be discreet for sandals so they won't be seen. They only thing i don't like about them is my skin sticks to the gel some but it doesn't bother me much at all. I'm glad I can finally wear my sandals without my heels slipping.
