No more dog pee smell!
I tried 5 other pee removal products on amazon , some with huge reviews and none of them worked. I tried SNiPER one time and the smell is gone.Sprayed my work boots as well and that smell is gone too.I didn't notice any bleach or hospital type odors after using BTW.5 stars, wish I heard about this earlier, works perfectly and I definitely recommend it.

Maybe works, reacts and makes chlorine odor
The product itself does NOT smell at all. What other people don't realize is that when the product reacts with certain compounds, it has that "bleach" or "chlorine" smell. It is because of the chlorine dioxide, an oxidizer. So I spray this stuff on some things, it makes it smell like chlorine, after swimming. It's been a week and the bleach smell is there so I cannot tell if it's working.I have no doubt the other compounds are the sanitizing agents and it kills germs but my main concern is odor, should have just used nok out.Whether it will dissapate and destroy the original odor I don't know yet, but as of now I cannot smell the original odor. Who knows, the oxidized odor may just decay and revert back to the original odor.I may post an update. It may make certain smells worse from reacting with dead skin cells, dust, etc. Or it may oxidize them and after dissapating, the odor is removed.

Seems to work?
I've used it for a couple months now to disinfect common work areas, post-COVID. Hard to say if this works or not, but none of us have gotten sick working side-by-side on the same equipment. Doesn't really have much of a smell, spray gives a good mist-pattern, dries without much spotting on equipment and display screens

Worked great! Give it time to do it's thing and apply a 2nd coat if needed!
We have a 100+ stone smokehouse on the property we just purchased that my daughter plans to turn into a chicken coop. The problem was that you could barely walk in the musty dank odor was so bad. She used the whole bottle in 2 separate applications over a week (to let the first application work it's best, which it was amazing the difference, but not totally gone). After the 2nd application you walk in and can't smell a thing! Definitely going to purchase the gallon next to have around the house for pet mishaps and any other mold/mildew we come across as we remodel.

It works for vests
Only have used this product ONE TIME after my shift and it does what its supposed to. Vest didn't smell next day AND it didn't smell after the next shift! I still sprayed it again just to make sure and will update after 2-3 more weeks of using this product. Also sprayed in work boots and same result. There is a very faint smell of bleach now, but beats the nasty stench of a vest in the summer.

Expensive and Did not work.
Bought to remove old stuffy smell from wood cabinet. Followed directions. Seem to be working. Left cabinet open to air dry. but when the cabinet dried, Old musty smell was back. Not worth the money or the wait to receive product. Would not buy again.

Does't eliminate odors effectively.
This was purchased when Lysol Disinfectant Spray became unavailable. The Sniper Hospital product was easy to spray and at first I thought it would do the job. Shortly after it became apparent it would not take away or reduce odors as the Lysol does effectively. Also it is messier to use. Sorry if I was expecting too much.

Spilled
The bottle spilled while in transit - which was flag number one. Usually this item comes sealed (luckily it spilled in the plastic bag so it didn't leak all over the box). I think it worked, but unclear...would give higher review if it came sealed to protect contents during transit.
